SUPERNATURAL ICON BATTLE - sign-ups.

Since season 11 is about to start, I thought it was about time for a Supernatural icon battle. It will be a lot like the Lost and Once Upon a Time battle with one exception. So, here's the deal:

- Sign-ups will close October 15.
- The first ten people who sign up get to choose a character. Don't worry if anyone signs up with a character you wanted to sign up with before you - every participant will make icons of every character.
- The next five people get to choose a theme. Depending on how many participants we get, we can extend the themes list to ten so everyone will make 20 icons in total - or we can leave it at 15 icons in total, whichever you prefer (let me know in the comments).
- You can then submit your icons to the entry post which will be up on October 16 18.
- The big reveal will be on November 14 21 (unless there will be any extensions).

\o/ I'm holding off on starting because (a) I'm overwhelmed with Things To Do, and (b) I'm assuming that you'll be posting a formal challenge with numbers of icons to make and everything. If I should just dive in to making a dozen icons to match the characters + themes, please let me know and I'll get busy on it.

Yes, I'll make an official submission post with the general rules and how many icons we'll be making. I was thinking even though we didn't get 15 people to sign up, it should be 15 icons...otherwise the two thematic icons would look a little lonely. So, I'll probably add three more themes to the list and then we'll all be making 15 icons to make everything look nice on the results page. :) Also, you won't need to rush your icons because we'll have until mid-November to get everything done and extensions will be possible, too, if anyone wants one.

Sounds good to me! I don't have to rush but I need to be on top of it because November 1 is the start of the super busy season at work for me so I have to work ahead. I have plenty of time and am not anxious; I just wanted to be sure that I'm not sitting here waiting for a start while everyone else understood they're supposed to be working on it. :)
